For shoppers
If you've used Virtue Mirage on one of our partner brand storefronts and have questions:
- To delete your avatar / Digital Twin: email hello@virtuemirage.com.au with the subject "Delete my avatar" from the email address you used at the brand's checkout. We process deletions within 30 days as required by GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles.
- To export your data: Same address, subject line "Export my data". You'll receive a structured JSON file plus your rendered avatar image(s) within 30 days.
- Concerned about how your data is used? See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. Original photos you upload are deleted immediately after avatar generation — only the rendered avatar lives on.
- Brand-specific questions: If you used Virtue Mirage on a particular brand's site (M.J. Bale, Camilla, etc.) and the question is about that brand's products, returns, or sizing, please contact the brand directly. We're the technology partner, not the retailer.
System status
A live status page is on our roadmap (target: when we have 5+ paying brands on the platform). For now, if you're seeing degraded behaviour:
